As for down in the Notification Area, I did get a notification that windows failed to install the device's driver whenever I plug it in. I check 'Devices and Printers' and it has said unknown device each time I connect it (tried rebooting also). Sid - When I attached the USB cable I got a chime for both USB 2.0 and 3.0. PaperStream Capture Pro is a cost effective, high-quality, front-end capture software. So I can't really just wipe it and start over or I would have. Plus PaperStream Capture Pro, our easy-to-use image processing software. Do you know how I could go about uninstalling those drivers (where they are located) so that I can try a fresh install of the scanner and software? I feel like I should mention that I work at a hospital and this issue is on the reception PC. I think I had the scanner connected at the time though. OJKid - I've already installed the isis and twain drivers. purchase the remote installation and training to install my Fujitsu Scanner and show how to use the Fujitsu PaperStream. The scanner and cable are both only a couple months old and both worked on the previous machine less than a day prior. That may not be true but I tried anyway just to rule it out. I read somewhere online that the FI-6130s don't agree with 3.0. Peter - Yes, I've tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0 if that's what you're asking.
